| Upon closing its 35th Session, the World Heritage Committee elected Ms Eleonora Valentinovna Mitrofanova, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to UNESCO, as its Chairperson for the 36th Session to be hosted in St. Petersburg in 2012. | |
