Research Projects
The section research projects presents a number of ongoing research projects in the wider field of tangible and intangible heritage. These projects are either coordinated by the think heritage! think tank or are implemented by independent researchers who use this platform to communicate their activities.
Please note that the subcategories World Heritage and Intangible Heritage are understood in a wider sense than the respective UNESCO Conventions may suggest, and several research projects appear under both categories.
The platform invites heritage researchers and professionals to offer input to the projects or seek exchange with the research teams. For this reason we publish the contact details of each research coordinator and, in some cases, central questions or aspects for which input is urgently needed.
