think heritage! is currently seeking for a part-time Web Programmer to support the continuous updating of the think heritage! webpage as well as the forthcoming online conferences and discussion platforms.

part-time on service basis of ca. 30 hours per month

Job description: The web programmer will be supporting all technical aspects of the think heritage! website as well as the online conferences conducted by think heritage! This includes, but is not limited to: implementation of new layouts, modification of templates and content, and programming of interactive site components.

Qualifications: Experience with XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, SQL, JQuery, AJAX and PHP. Knowledge of streaming video, Flash, strong scripting and database skills, and basic knowledge of website design best practices.

Job Location: Based on the online working environment of think heritage! the web programmer can work from any location in the world that provides him/her with fast, secure and reliable internet access. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Western Union Cash Transfer (in the latter case all transfer fees will be charged to the employee).

Salary range: Monthy payment based on factual working hours, hourly rate can be negotiated. Applications which include salary expectations are welcome.
