According to the 2003 Convention Article 29, States Parties are expected to submit reports on the legislative, regulatory and other measures taken for the safeguarding of their intangible cultural heritage expressions which are either on the Representative List or the List for Urgent Safeguarding. Those reports are then examined according to Article 7 and presented at the General Assembly.
